How credits work

  • No account needed. You can upload, read your face shape and buy try-ons without signing in. Credits are what pay for the render onto your own photo.
  • Only try-ons cost credits. Uploading a selfie, the face-shape read, the hairstyle recommendations and the stylist chat are all free.
  • Failed renders are refunded.If a try-on doesn't come back, the credits go straight back to your balance, automatically.
  • Packs are one-time purchases. Credits never expire, and a pack never charges you again.
  • You pay on the page. Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, right here, through Stripe. Kurli never sees or stores your card details; we only receive confirmation that a pack was paid for.

Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them. A credit pack is a one-time purchase and never charges you again.
What happens if a try-on fails?
The credits go back to your balance automatically, before you see the error. You only pay for a picture that comes back.
How do I buy more credits?
Pick a pack on this page, or on the offer that appears when you tap a style to try it on. You pay right there on the page, with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, and you do not need an account. Payment runs through Stripe, so Kurli never receives or stores your card details.
Can I get a refund on a credit pack I already bought?
A failed render refunds its credits automatically, so you never pay for a picture that did not come back. For anything else about a payment, email hello@kurli.me with the email address you paid with and the pack you bought, and Kurli will help.
Do credits carry over if I stop using Kurli for a while?
Yes. Credits sit on your account with no time limit and no monthly reset, so a pack bought today is still there whenever you come back to use it.
Is there a subscription option instead of buying packs?
Credit packs are one-time purchases and never charge you again. If a monthly or yearly plan is offered on your buy screen, it is labelled as a plan before you pay, so you always know which one you are choosing.
